For years people have relied on heaters using conventional flue arrangements. The vent pipes are connected between the heater and an existing chimney or flue to carry the products of combustion outside. One characteristic of a Conventional Vent heating system s that the heater uses inside air to support combustion. Because conventional venting is right for many situations, such as inside wall installations, Empire has a complete line of these products.

VISUAL FLAME VENTED ROOM HEATERS
50,000 to 65,000 BTU Models.
Heating large areas is economical with Empire's Visual Flame Vented Room Heaters. With their efficient heat flow, the durable RH-50B (50,000 BTU) and RH-65B (65,000 BTU) offer ample warmth that makes any room comfortable. The one-piece glass enclosure allows you to see the flame as it heats. There are optional ceramic logs that add a fire-like glow. Eight ceramic radiants can be installed in the Visual Flame Room Heater for a radiant red-orange glow.

Radiant and convection heat circulates the warmth while the blower places warm air at floor level to give "barefoot" comfort throughout the winter season. The hydraulic thermostat needs no outside electricity, assuring reliable, round-the-clock comfort. These units can be installed easily by any wall with access to a vent.
